*Project Manager - Land Development*

We are seeking someone who can perform at minimum these tasks below.
Someone with the knowledge and experience of civil engineering is needed as well.
· Manage the plan check and permitting process for multiple land development projects.
· Projects are mostly single-family with some multi-family and some commercial.
· Size ranges from small in-fill projects to large master-planned communities.
· Time horizon ranges from smaller projects - 10+ years and longer for larger ones.
· Engineering tasks include tentative maps, final maps, grading, street improvement, utilities, joint trench, SWPPP, H&H, soils, landscape, etc.
· Assist with project entitlement for future projects (feasibility studies, conceptual engineering, financial proforma, etc.
)
· On large and/or complex projects, may need to coordinate wetlands, biological, environmental remediation, and other regulatory matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.
00 - $170,000.
