Youth Ministry Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Leader to join our team.
As a Youth Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and mentorship to young individuals.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact not only on the lives of the youth but also in developing personal relationships with their parents and families.
Duties: - Educate and engage youth through various activities and programs - Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants - Plan and organize age-appropriate recreational and educational activities - Provide mentorship and guidance to youth in their personal and academic development - Facilitate group discussions and encourage open communication - Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and effective program - Monitor and ensure the safety of all participants during activities - Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents Experience: - Previous experience working with youth in a leadership role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Good communicaiton skills and ability to understand and speak Chinese (Mandarin) would be helpful.
- Ability to establish rapport with youth particularly from a Chinese or Asian backgrounds - Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40,000.
