Understand how each store and branch manager is responsible for gross sales, gross margin, and overall store profitability.
Learn to track service prices & profitability and adjust accordingly.
Spearhead local marketing efforts.
Manage and execute policies that support the shop's sales and profitability goals.
*Customers: *Ensure customer satisfaction and success by working with customers (walk-ins, appointments, text, and by phone) to address their vehicle service needs.
Oversee all aspects of customer success & daily logistics, including scheduling, optimization and capacity management.
*Personnel: *Hire & onboard new personnel, including establishing pay rates and bonus policies.
Provide written and regular employee performance feedback and counseling.
Regularly review standards of performance with each employee and build a positive and productive work environment.
*Vendors / Suppliers / Facilities:* Evaluate existing & potential vendors, contractors and service providers.
Ensure facility falls within our appearance & operating standard.
Adhere to all local regulations, requirements & compliance standards.
Oversee opening and closing procedures.
