*Responsibilities:*
* Manage the buyer team, oversee the work of buyers.
Including hiring, coaching, and job assignment
* Material planning and forecast commitment
* Work cross functionally on the new product development (NPI) support
* Manage ongoing reporting and KPI measurement across procurement initiatives
* Ability to establish and monitor policies and guidelines
* Provide strategic level thinking, and continuous improvement to supply chain operations
* Other projects and tasks may be assigned based on business needs
*Qualifications:*
* 8 years of experience in procurement/supply planning, preferably in server/rack-build environment
* 3 years of experience leading team with a focus on mentoring, coaching and performance management
* Demonstrated experience in building and leading teams to execute on procurement operations processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in supply chain management system
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Drives vision and purpose
* Excellent leadership, builds effective teams
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
00 - $100,000.
