Shift Lead

Crumbl is a franchise that specializes in cookies! Not only do our 6 flavors get made in store inside an open kitchen for all to admire, but they change every week! Employees on a typical day will mix and store doughs and toppings, bake fresh cookies, and clean.
We offer a flexible schedule at $18/hr plus tips with weekly pay and employee discounts.
There are always ways to grow with us that we encourage everyone to pursue! We’re looking for both part-time and full-time Shift Leads with fairly open availability.
Someone able to encourage employees to not only complete tasks in a timely manner but to be the best version of themself! Each day is filled with multiple tasks to complete, but our goal is to get them done as quickly and in the easiest way possible for you.
Hours * Open Monday-Saturday 9am-10pm * Employees typically start at 8am and leave by 10:30pm * We are closed on Sundays and some holidays Responsibilities * Able to work in a fast paced environment * Great customer service (able to greet each customer, answer questions, have a respectful and positive attitude, deal with customer situations) * Able to carry 25-50 lbs daily * Able to finish each task in a timely and efficient manner * Able to lead, encourage, and work with employees * Communicate on a channel for all employees (including daily updates) and with the assistant and/or general manager * Able to adjust to situations and plans as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.
