As an Executive Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties: - Supervise and manage all aspects of the organization, including front desk operations, guest services, and human resources.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and improve guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, reservations, and housekeeping.
