We are professional, agile, fun and our goal is to Make it impossibly easy for companies to switch their lights to LEDs, and leverage our own line of LEDs to sell direct to consumer, wiping out several layers of middle-men markups.

```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors
- Ensure accurate inventory accuracy
- Manage help to deal with large shipments and/or reorganization of the warehouse
- Work with project management to know what to ship, when, and where.

- Strong knowledge of demand planning, transportation management systems, order fulfillment, and materials management systems
- Proficient in using freight management software for dispatching and fleet management
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, picking/packing processes, and shipping/receiving procedures
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders

Also, maybe this goes without saying, but you'll need to be able to move some heavy things.
We wouldn't want anyone moving around 50lb+ objects by themselves, but know that routinely you WILL be moving objects by yourself that can get close to that weight.

Pay: $63,200.
00 - $106,000.
