As Sr.
Manager, Employee Experience Technology, you will be the primary day to day business systems liaison partnering within the People Operations, HRIS, Talent, Talent Management, and Workplace teams at Lucid as we transform the experience our employees have with technology and build scaling capabilities.
Working cross-functionally with a broad set of business partners, you will use keen business process understanding, appreciation for user experience and quality, critical thinking, and focus on building and executing strategy to craft secure, high performing and scalable solutions that meet business and technology objectives.
As the leader, you’ll support the selection of the best technology for needs, conceptualize automations, lead build with the integrations team, and help operation teams as requested in maintaining Success factors, Greenhouse, SAP Workforce, Eastridge etc.
Responsibilities: Be a trusted advisor and the technology liaison to the People team.
Align as a team member to understand challenges in the scaling of current processes, deployed systems and plan future technology solutions with Lucid’s goals in mind.
Build an IT delivery roadmap based on goals set by the People team to guide balancing teams resourcing, prioritization, and technical solutions.
Identify areas of technical support to compliment the current operations team’s technical capabilities and build a team to enhance overall Lucid People technology capabilities filling skill gaps.
Work with the IT Leadership on IT strategic planning, budgeting (leveraging both onshore and offshore models) and communication, including prioritizing the IT Enterprise Roadmap and building out core IT processes in a fast-growing company.
Take lead in managing employee technology system inventory and vendor relationships in conjunction with operations teams.
Assist in software renewal assessments SOW reviews and onboarding vendors.
Develop future solution strategies by working closely with IT counterparts to understand downstream business process and system impacts.
Partner with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to craft compliance adoptions where needed.
Implement access management and other security policies of Lucid.
Understand the larger end-to-end business process that solutions fit into.
Can handle change, ambiguity, decision making, and deadlines.
Communicate with Enterprise Architect to develop technical standards and align on solution recommendations.
Lead with the Lucid principles and values.
Inspire teamwork and a culture of collaboration with stakeholders and within the IT team.
Identifies employee success as a measure of the team success.
Be a thought partner to the People team for international rollouts.
Keep track of best practices, trends, and advancements including AI in the field of commercial technology.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, related field or equivalent experience.
10+ year’s experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex integrated solutions on people and workplace technology ecosystem.
6+ years of configuration experience in systems used for Core HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Management, Time & Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
3+ years’ experience in implementation of system integrations including requirements gathering, setting up integrations, and testing.
For custom integrations, gather business requirements and translate into technical requirements for integration developers and perform system testing.
Experience managing vendor relationships and assisting with the software selection process.
An ability to pick up on Lucid's systems, processes, and integrations.
An ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written, and visual presentations.
High proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Solid presentation skills are desired.
Experience managing vendor relationships and assisting with the software selection process.
Preferred Qualifications: A deep understanding of the standard core HR business process knowledge, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, benefits, time management, leave management, etc.

· California (Bay Area) - $165,000- $236,500 Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
