JOB SCOPE:
The ICT Demand & Project Manager will act as an IT partner for the internal customers belonging to the business functions, to understand their needs, identifying and addressing possible technical solutions in coherence with the company standard guidelines, the IT internal portfolio and market solution offering, and the approved budget.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as an IT business partner of the internal customers for SAP, SalesForce and other company/market solutions among countries, interfacing with internal customers to understand requirements and transforming them in IT solutions.
Support Process Owners in maintaining/customizing the business blueprint and performing functional analysis.
Actively participate in all phases of the software implementation life cycle, from design to adoption, applying project management methods and practices, achieving all requirements agreed within the expected timescales and costs.
Define test scenarios with the key users and support them or supervise external consultants during tests.
Perform or coordinate user training in collaboration with third parties when needed.
Act as point of reference for help desk request.
Implement/test solutions or supervise external consultants during implementation/test/delivery.
Manage the change development in close liaise with the IT Director, Line Manager and Process Owner.
Support Process Owners, third parties and HR - Organization defining the best user profiles.
Report possible Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues or any other conflict.
Manage IT audit, ensuring the applicable systems are compliant with audit requirements (SOX).
Support change management and facilitate the adoption of the IT solutions.
Ensure the proper maintenance of IT applications through De Nora Group.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
At least 5-7 years related experience as Demand Manager or Business Consultant within a multinational company.
Proven experience in international projects for new implementations, rollouts, as well as Application maintenance of SAP (S/4Hana).
Experience with Salesforce projects is a plus.
Experience as Project or Service manager is considered a plus.
Deep knowledge of Information technologies environments, tools and methodologies.
Analytical thinker, open minded.
Curiosity about complex topics and analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross functional, multicultural teams of experts.
Project or Service management experience is a plus.
Attitude to Interpersonal relations with all the levels of the organization.
Strong attention to details and ability to coordinate cross functional teams.
Confident, assertive and goal oriented.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Experience in preparing/leading meetings with C-Levels.
