Position Overview
The Bank Management Trainee will gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel during a targeted 18-24 month period.
The Bank Management Trainee will train in various banking functions such as retail Branch Operations, Sales and Management, Branch Banking Central Operations, Commercial Lending Operations and Commercial Sales.
Phases of this program will include but not be limited to Residential Lending and other Bank related functions.
Role and Responsibilities
Training in various retail Branch locations and Operations
Training in Central Operations
Training in Sales and Management
Training in Commercial Lending Operations and Sales
Training in Residential Lending
Additional training as defined by Community Bank Leadership
Minimum Qualifications
College degree in business preferred, B.
A.
or B.
S.
in Business Administration
Experience interning or employment in a Financial Services Organization
Business Acumen
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience in working with a Windows-based computer environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
