Restaurant Lead Host - Assistant Manager

Massimo's Restaurant in Fremont is looking for a person to work as our lead Host.
We are looking for a person with a welcoming personality and great phone skills.
This is a full-time job (5 days per week).
Work Day starts at 4:00pm and ends about 9:30pm-10:00pm.
You will also be required to work all restaurant holidays (Valentines, Mothers Day, etc.
) Here is a basic overview of the duties: * Greet and seat Customers *Answer phone calls which are mostly for reservations or take out orders.
* * *Enter Reservations into Open Table Reservation System* * Enter Takeout orders into our POS system Toast * Organize Menus * Manage seating layout of guests * Assign tables to waitstaff * Apply discounts when necessary * Deal with customer concerns * Sell Gift Cards to customers * Assist in Dining room if needed (bus a table or start an order) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.
