Branch Manager

We are seeking a thorough, accurate, and experiential learner to lead our team as a Branch Manager in the Restoration Services industry.
The ideal candidate will be able to keep their cool under pressure, take initiative, and avoid missing critical details.
They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and inspiring their team out in the field.
The candidate should be able to work well in a team environment and have a strong focus on collaboration.
They should also be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and be accountable for their actions.
As a Branch Manager, you will help to open a brand new branch.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including overseeing the work of your team, being out in the field ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to lead by example and inspire your team to achieve their goals.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and increase revenue.
