PURPOSE OF POSITION: This position exists to provide supervision, location support, new hire and termination recommendations, promotion recommendations, assign tasks and employee training for the account to ensure the targeted quality, operational, and financial goals as set forth by the company and the client are met.
This position requires the ability to fully train class code 02 – Sr.
Dock, 03 – Sr.
Admin, 04 – Dock and 05 – Admin Employees, manage claims efficiently, perform open communications with client on all issues, Customer Service, dispatch duties and will be responsible for managing (Populating, auditing, and briefing Management) reports, processing billing as well as tendering loads and providing dispatch support for Independent Contractor Carriers (ICC).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Oversee daily shift operations in the absence of Management
• Recommend new hire candidates
• Resolve escalated customer issues as they arise
• Key control and alarm code control
• Develop and submit work schedule to Management for approval
• Conduct inventory of equipment and merchandise
• Read/respond e-mail professionally
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adheres to and enforces company policy and legal regulations
• Develops schedules; assigning and monitors’ work; gathering resources; resolves operations problems
• Delegates tasks to run daily operations
• Supervises class codes 05 – Admin, 04 – Dock, 03 – Sr.
Admin and 02 – Sr.
Dock
• Dispatch and coordinate ICC delivery trucks while on route
• Ensures delivery processes and scope of work are followed
• Make pre-calls to customers, and complete post calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Updates reporting with real-time updates
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Handles inbound phone calls from delivery teams, client staff, company staff and customers
• Provides data entry functions for billing, client software updates and company software updates
• Check-in of delivery teams
• Provides support to other staff and client to accomplish projects as needed
• Follows information between multiple parties
• Train 02 –Sr.
Dock, 03 – Sr.
Admin, 04 – Dock and 05 – Admin
• Be able to investigate and resolve in-home damage claims following company procedures
• Other duties as assigned by management
