The ABA Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation of ABA programs for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities in clinic-based settings.
This role involves supervising a team of behavior technicians and providing clinical oversight to ensure that interventions are implemented with fidelity and effectiveness.
The ABA Program Supervisor plays a key role at our Livermore Center in supporting the professional development of staff, collaborating with families and other professionals, and maintaining the quality and integrity of ABA services.

Job Responsibilities
What your day looks like as a Program Supervisor:
You’ll schedule and attend clinical sessions with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, chart progress and provide parent coaching.
You’ll coordinate overlapping sessions with Behavior Technicians to observe sessions and provide coaching and clinical support in the clinic.
You’ll regularly analyze session data and review documentation submitted by Behavior Technicians such as session notes and lesson plans; update individualized programs to ensure that they reflect each child’s development and progress towards identified goals.
You’ll assist the Supervising Behavior Analyst in conducting initial assessments, ongoing assessments every 3-6 months to generate treatment plans, and assessment reports.
You’ll assist the Supervising Behavior Analyst in developing and leading staff training for Behavior Technicians.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Must be in the MA / BCBA program in good standing
At least one year of experience in designing and/or implementing ABA programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem solving skills, excellent organizational skills and flexibility
Proven ability to train and mentor staff as well as provide strong leadership.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet necessary timelines with required paperwork is also required.
