Objective of Job:
Responsible for supporting the LIV Plant Manager and the Plant Management team in technical and administrative activities on a daily basis.
Principal Activities:
Assist Plant Manager and Plant Management team by creating, maintaining, and distributing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly reports, presentations, and charts for the following topics: Plant Productivity, Plant Operating Efficiency, Plant Total Efficiency, OEE, Utilization, and other additional KPI's as required/adjusted.
Maintain reporting for headcount, overtime, fluctuation, earned/paid minutes, or other personnel reports.
Update Plant Factors, Plant Profile, and Plant Presentations (internal/external and new).
Follow up and maintain project hours reports.
Maintain vacation/comp time tracking for Plant Management and support teams, plant event calendars, and LOP's.
Administrate the company’s uniform program and Avenue C vendor including both their billing systems.
Submit IT requests as needed.
Job Requirements:
Business Administration or Business Managament Associate Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years Administrative Experience
1-2 years Manufacturing Experience
Strong Microsoft Office Technical Knowledge.
Concur and ADP eTime Technical Knowledge.
pay range $29.
75 - $34 per hour.
