Responsibilities:
Use Case & Feature Development
Capture internal, pre-sales prospect, and post-sales customer use cases/requirements/features and work closely with the engineering team to explain the requirements with required documents – user story, DFD, Mock-up, Sequence Diagram, etc.
Responsible for preparing User Stories, Data Flow, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), and use cases.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; writing specifications; develop mockups and prototypes by working with UI/UX team.
Ensure that the company’s product & features can meet the customer’s requirements.
Analyze all RFIs & RFPs to create detailed segment-based feature requirements and carry out impact/rational analysis for investment.
Conduct detailed customer usage analysis – using product wizard and other portal utilization data – to identify how to simplify user journey to attain so-called “consumer level ease of use.
” Roadmap Development & Management Monitor project progress and perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports tied to roadmap feature releases.
Thoroughly learn and deploy Agile scrum methodology to roadmap development, release, and management via integrating product management processes with engineering.
Collaborate with the Product Management team on features/requirements scoping and analysis as part of Roadmap consideration and planning.
Lead, participate, and collaborate with Docs Team on all Product Support Documentation relating to released features – including Pendo Guides, Help Guides, Help Portal articles, Videos, etc.
Sales Enablement Assist sales with appropriate sales tools development related to product features and utilization.
Work with the Solution Engineering team to develop customer use cases that can be used for both customer deployment and pre-sales deployment areas.
Train sales with various use cases and deployment scenarios to drive higher sales.
Business Performance Analysis Carry out financial analysis across product modules, utilization, and customer revenue to drive future investment rationales.
Conduct complete market and competitive analysis to assist in overall business model and direction development.
Program Communication & Management Communicate with team heads regarding common challenges, roadblocks, and other issues interrupting their workflow.
Create detailed plans for the execution and implementation of new processes, including budgetary guidelines and critical personnel.
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
Experience: 7-10 years of relevant industry experience dealing with sales and marketing automation SaaS solutions Hands-on experience with use case creations, mock-ups, and prototype creation by working with customers.
Functional product management (product, pricing, positioning, and placement) experiences is a plus.
Experienced with prioritization of highly complex and multiple requirements.
Demonstrated ability to build large financial models to reflect product performances and investment requirements.
Skills: Ability to create extensive complex reports by using macros, calculations, etc.
Ability to take abstract business workflows and translate them into technical workflow/process documentation for SaaS automation Ability to communicate with the engineering team on various aspects of a highly specialized product Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive Ability to work independently and with others Extremely organized with strong time-management skills Excellent communication skills and knowledge to explain complex issues.
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational Functional Attributes Advanced MS Office skills Prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
