What You'll Do
Responsible for program/projects, portfolio, planning, and execution of Digital projects.
Lead and manage programs with cross-functional project teams, demonstrate a sense of urgency to drive programs and projects to completion, and be successful in a collaborative environment.
Develop plans and track the progress of projects to successful completion.
Track dependencies across complex strategic projects
Work closely with Business, Product management, and IT teams to collaborate on roadmap planning, dependency mapping, intake and change request process, and tracking status.
Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time.
Ability to do project planning, budget estimation and management, resource /capacity planning and assessment, financial planning, and audit tracking.
Driving engineering metrics and best practices for the portfolio
Adoption of existing Project Management best practices, including the proficient use of industry-standard tools, technologies, and methodologies
Well-organized, detail-oriented, has great communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate status, issues, and risks to executive-level stakeholders.
Partner with the Program/Portfolio Lead, Customer and Digital Leadership Team, and others to prepare presentations and other communications for leadership/business reviews, steering committee meetings, and other forums.
Lead ad hoc special projects as needed for the leadership team.
Performs the role of the owner of the financial position of all managed projects.
Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively within a matrix, 'virtual' environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with external vendors.
What You Know
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution of large IT transformation projects
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Extensive experience with Agile Methodologies
Experience leading Scrum Teams involving multiple stakeholders
Experience with Quarterly Planning, Budgeting, planning, and estimations
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Can adapt to fast fast-paced work environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
