What You'll Do Develop and manage detailed project plans, including budgets, scope, and schedules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and finalize project objectives.
Allocate tasks to team members during regular team meetings.
Serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation.
Align projects with customer needs and requirements.
Communicate project results effectively to stakeholders.
Coordinate with Product Owners to define Roadmap by Year and Quarters Identify, analyze, and proactively respond to project, financial, and operational risks.
Ensure timely execution of projects while managing distributed resources.
Implement and improve management and communication processes.
Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff.
Leverage existing tools or introduce new ones for effective project execution.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and select new vendors.
Handle renewal solutions, maintenance, and support.
Foster a work culture that supports individual differences and maximizes team performance.
Develop a high-performing team of IT professionals.
Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
What You Know Proven track record of developing and managing detailed project plans, including budgets, scope, and schedules.
Experience in allocating tasks to team members and ensuring timely execution of projects while managing distributed resources.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define and finalize project objectives.
Experience serving as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and requirements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate project results to stakeholders.
Experience coordinating with Product Owners to define Roadmap by Year and Quarters.
Ability to identify, analyze, and proactively respond to project, financial, and operational risks.
Proven track record of implementing and improving management and communication processes.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to leverage existing tools or introduce new ones for effective project execution.
Experience defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff.
Demonstrated ability to develop a high-performing team of IT professionals and foster a work culture that supports individual differences and maximizes team performance.
Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and selecting new vendors.
Ability to handle renewal solutions, maintenance, and support.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to solve problems effectively.
Candidate who can demonstrate high energy, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in challenging scenarios.
Effective collaboration skills with offshore team members.
Education 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
