Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Quality Assurance Lead.
In this role, you will ensure our organization's highest quality control standards and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving key performance indicator (KPI) metrics the General Manager sets while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities: Achieve KPI metrics the General Manager sets through diligent monitoring and analysis of inventory control processes.
Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions based on findings to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Prioritize employee safety by maintaining a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance.
Uphold the organization's reputation and stability by adhering to quality standards.
Operational and personnel policies and procedures should be implemented and enforced to maintain zero errors on a daily and weekly basis.
Collaborate with team members to accomplish designated tasks and contribute to the organization's overall success.
Ensure adherence to food safety practices and standards to uphold product quality and compliance with regulations.
Assist in the onboarding and hiring process of incoming hourly workforce, providing training and support as needed.
Develop and implement employee incentive programs to motivate and reward exceptional performance.
Support the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance supervisor in labor planning for managed shifts to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
Perform other tactical duties as required to meet the needs of the shift and support operational goals.
Qualifications: Proven experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and food safety practices.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software preferred.
