About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Site Personalization and Optimization Manager to lead Ariat’s site optimization efforts, including our A/B testing program.
This position is responsible for ensuring a premium customer shopping experience by executing online strategies, leveraging website analytics, industry trends and competitive research.
This role will report to the Sr.
Director of Site Strategy & Optimization and work with the Site Merchandising, Operations, UX/UI teams and other cross-functional partners to achieve the common goal of maximizing conversion and providing a great customer experience.
Strong management, communication skills, organization and resourcefulness are critical in this fast-paced department.
You’ll Make a Difference By
Managing our eCommerce A/B testing program and agency, surfacing and prioritizing new opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and reporting out on results.
Building a long-term strategy to expand and grow our testing program and platform and drive progress toward the vision.
Leading the optimization strategy and execution of product recommenders (e.
g.
cross sells and up sells) to grow AOV and UPT, partnering closely with our Analytics, Site Merchandising and UX/UI teams.
Developing and evaluating initiatives to optimize the e-commerce website, with a particular emphasis on personalization; providing analysis that informs product roadmap related to site experience.
Collaborating with engineering, marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver projects that promote optimal customer journeys and experiences.
Providing insight into how customers shop on the website by leveraging data from our e-commerce and analytics platforms and partners, as well as from customer research.
Analyzing KPIs and various reports to take a data-driven approach to identifying and recommending new and streamlined improvements to the website.
About You
Minimum 3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and experimentation with consumer facing ecommerce.
Minimum 3 years’ experience using advanced search and merchandising platforms and personalization platforms; AI and Bloomreach platform expertise highly desired.
Experience in using Google Analytics and CRO platforms such as Optimizely.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and able to effectively balance creative and operational needs and deliver on deadline.
Experience building effective reporting dashboards and processes.
Experience working with technical project managers and developers.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
