We are seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Through the management of team members, along with hands-on work, the Supervisor is responsible for the efficiency, accuracy, and flow of orders.
We are interested in a candidate who takes pride in building, performance managing, and leading a team to success, while also looking to improve current processes.

Providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to Team Members
We're ideally seeking:
Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics or supply chain (preferred, but not required)
Warehouse, logistics, and transportation management (5+ years)
Warehouse operation best practices
Supervising experience (3+ years) with lean processing and KPI's
Productivity improvement and cost reduction
Performance standards and metrics development (i.
e.
labor, quality, employee productivity, efficiency)
Inventory management
Labor management (hire, train, coach)
Inbound/Outbound logistics and transportation management
Safety Program compliance (OSHA, DOT, Compliance Programs)
Willingness to travel (average once per quarter)

The salary range for a Facility Operations Supervisor is $60,000 - $66,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location.
