As a District Operations Manager your essential job functions include:
Leadership / Strategic Initiatives (50%)
Create a positive and productive working environment consistent with Dent Wizard’s core values
Communicate Dent Wizard’s vision and execute on company strategy
With the Senior Director of Operations, build and execute a District business strategy, focused on the Dealer/Rental business
Deliver Dealer/Rental operating performance for the District at or above budget in terms of Revenue, EBITDA, LSR, Customer Expansion, Customer Retention, Employee Engagement and Retention, Service Expansion and WTD
Partner with enabling functions to drive operational efficiencies, standard operating procedures, and cost reductions
Drive a culture of coaching through on the job engagement and informal and formal training to support field operations effectiveness and the consistent development of people
Hire, develop and motivate a team of high performing Operations leaders
Manage and monitor maintenance on capital equipment, e.
g.
paint booths, compressors, etc.
Support Area Ops Managers and Fixed Ops Managers to identify opportunities to streamline and simplify processes, as well as optimize day-to-day operations
Ensure Company resources are deployed profitably by evaluating and recommending investment decisions regarding headcount, coverage patterns, equipment, etc.
Maintain operations to meet Company provided guidelines regarding safety and compliance with Local, State, and Federal ordinances, including OHSA and EPA
Lead field town hall communications
Customer Engagement (20%)
Partner with Sales to lead Team Sell drive revenue (including WTD), customer retention and five-star service
Develop strong relationships with key customers and deliver five-star customer service to create additional opportunities
Coordinate with sales to support team in cross-sell and customer relationship management
Coordinate site launch initiatives with ops support, AOM/FOMs and customer
Deliver targeted price increase, in partnership with sales based on customer segmentation
Expediently address customer, operational, and performance concerns
Participate in and support strategic initiatives, such as WTD/FLF+, 3 & 10, etc.
in the District
Participate in QBRs for customers within the District
Identify and implement value-added customer solutions
Staffing (10%)
Execute on the plan for staffing decisions to balance gross margin vs.
new business capacity
Determine talent selection and hiring for specified roles
Ensure leaders hire and onboard team members effectively
Ensure leaders effectively manage team performance
Manager the process to drive AOM/FOM/Tech productivity and utilization
Administration (20%)
Troubleshoot most critical operational issues
Ensure sites meet compliance standards (environmental, safety, and health)
Lead the Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) process for the team
Lead monthly financial review and develop and implement plans to deliver annual operating budgets
Participate in the Q Process and drive Vital Few initiatives and MITs
Support and adhere to DW’s policies and procedures on ethics standards and commitments
Provide timely feedback to Sr Ops Director regarding market conditions, competitive pressures, and the engagement of staff at all levels
Partner with enabling functions to manage DW assets within company guidelines and standards

Position Requirements
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience required.
5 years proven operations experience in a similar type of environment.
Auto and/or reconditioning industry experience required.
Physical Job Requirements
Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
Travel as necessary (up to 50%).

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting base salary is expected to be between $120,000 and $150,000 annually.
The total compensation package may also include commission or bonus.
