*Shift Lead Job Responsibilities* * Oversee store operations - Lead the opening Or closing shifts * Make sure all employees follow company training The Standard Operating Procedure * Provide great customer service to all customers * Train new staff members * Quality control on all products sold * Maintain the cleanliness of the shop * Update and support all new promotions and offers * Manage daily cash deposits and cash handling process *Requirements:* * Possess a strong sense of teamwork and ability to influence team members * Has integrity and takes initiative * Outgoing and friendly personality * Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail * Has a sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure * Strong communication skills, both orally and written * Must be able to stand and do daily operational activity on feet for extended time Salary Range - Starting $17 plus tips Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.
