Job Description The Global Assistance and Protection (GAP) Executive Protection Manager is a critical member of the GAP Executive Protection (EP) team with expertise in coordinating protective operations and security protocols.
The incumbent will manage EP vendors, equipment/technology, residential security initiatives, travel support, and close protection duties.
In addition, the incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional partners, contractors, and vendors on threat response plans, EP transportation/travel logistics, persons of interest investigations, behavioral threat assessment investigations, EP asset monitoring, and travel tracking programs.
The incumbent will work closely with the GAP Event Security lead during events hosted by Accenture and external events where Accenture personnel and executives are in attendance.
This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Protective Services, and is expected to develop a close collaborative relationship with leadership from Accenture’s Businesses and Corporate Functions, including the Office of the CEO, CIO, Cyber Security, Legal, Travel, Workplace, and HR as well as with domestic and foreign law enforcement, diplomatic organizations, and intelligence services.
The incumbent will provide executive protection leadership in a complex corporate environment that values collaboration, independent thinking, proactive problem-solving, integrity, collegiality, efficiency, and continuous organizational transformation.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Serves as the primary point of contact for residential security initiatives impacting Accenture’s executives, to include the maintenance of emergency response team protocols and development of incident reporting procedures.
Coordinates executive protection transportation support for executive travel, in conjunction with tracking executive travel to ensure threat/risk assessments are conducted as needed.
Coordinates with Accenture’s 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) for executive protection asset monitoring, geo-fence recommendations and incident notification to the GAP executive protection team.
Facilitates information sharing with Accenture’s SOC for executive travel and logistics.
Collaborates closely with GAP intelligence team for executive protection threat assessments and known risks, persons of interest investigations, behavioral threat assessments and threat response management.
Develops equipment inventory standards for all executive protection equipment and maintains proper documentation to fulfill audit requirements, while ensuring technology/equipment meets or exceeds industry standards.
Supports development and delivery of expanded GAP executive protection program to ensure proper support for Accenture’s executive leadership.
Coordinates across Accenture business units to ensure executive specific security standards are installed as needed, at Accenture facilities.
Conducts site advances for executive leadership travel, event venues and off-site locations as needed.
Serves as the back-up for the AD of Protective Services.
Supports the GAP Event Security lead for a variety of events involving large concentrations of senior executives.
Ensures adherence to corporate policies, specifically in the areas of privacy and record retention.
Serve as the primary close protection agent for any executive, as needed, which may require management of the executive’s personal logistics and coordination with executive staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements: Incumbent must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate and have the ability to travel on short notice, to include internationally.
Expected travel is 50% or more.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 9 years security experience from a government agency or private entity, must include executive protection work.
Minimum of 2 years in the private sector working with executive leadership logistics, travel security or other experience applicable to executive protection.
Bachelors degree.
Preferred Skills: Specialized training in executive protection operations and logistics from a US government agency or private security equivalent.
Fluency in other languages.
An advanced degree.
The ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Professional Skill Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting, either government or private sector.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting, either government or civilian.
