The Work: Prepare project & resource plan and financial estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders primarily in Corrosion and Inspection Management domain Manage and ensure timely project delivery with the highest quality and turnaround metrics through leading a team of experienced professionals Manage project financial projections, milestone forecasts, and potential scope changes Manage and develop excellent Client relationships.
Coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle Produce and facilitate project status reporting for internal and client review Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the corrosion and inspection space Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment Ability to perform 75% travel from Monday through Thursday: Should be open to travel in and outside the country Degree: Metallurgy Engineer or Mechanical Engineer, MBA preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in Corrosion and Inspection management with at least 2 years of core corrosion, inspection, or maintenance experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a Leading role in Industry or Consulting environment managing site/plant management Experience in supporting Asset Management Consulting, Pre-Sales activities including RFP response, Demos to clients Minimum 2-3 end to end RBI or corrosion management implementation projects with minimum one on Meridium or PCMS Strong project and program management skills: PMP preferred Exposure to API, ASTM standards, Risk based Approach, Predictive and Preventative maintenance philosophies Hands on experience in Integrity Management like recommendations, metallurgy upgrades, Inspection schedule review, Turnaround management etc Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc.
Other Key Competencies and Skills: API 571, 580 certified preferred not mandatory Hands on knowledge and experience of APM tools and techniques like Asset Life Cycle, Asset Criticality analysis, Risk Management framework especially Risk Based Inspections (RBI), Corrosion Management and Turnaround Inspections and Best Practices Proficiency in Integrity management software such as Meridium, PCMS-E2G or any other IDMS Experience in database structure and hierarchy – preferably with SQL experience Good knowledge of corrosion and inspection strategies like Chemical Injections, metallurgy upgrade etc.
Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
