Mandatory Training Schedule: *Sun/Mon/Tues: 3PM-11:30PM (14 weeks) or Thurs/Fri/Sat: 3PM-11:30PM (14 weeks)*

Examples of Essential Duties:
Evaluate patients’ psycho-social needs;
Document history, care plans and prepare reports as needed.
Direct day-to-day clinical operations of assigned team
Ensure coordination of clinical and administrative team functions
Provide consistent supervision, including feedback, support, clinical consultation and clear expectations for meeting job standards
Experience Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
1 year of supervisory experience
2 years of supervision post masters experience in a behavioral health setting
Prior work experience in a crisis setting, acute psychiatric setting, healthcare setting and/ or correctional setting, is preferred
Education Requirement:
Graduation from an accredited university or college with a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling
Qualifications:
Current California licensure as an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
Current AHA-approved CPR card
