As an Administrative Behavior Technician, your position will play a crucial role in our center, integrating both clinical and administrative aspects to support our Behavior Analysts and ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
This encompasses tasks such as maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and handling paperwork.
Your role also involves aiding in the execution of behavior intervention plans and monitoring progress.
Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities play a vital role in facilitating seamless operations and fostering effective communication among team members.

Job Responsibilities
What your day looks like as an Administrative Behavior Technician
Clinical Responsibilities
Execute skill acquisition programs and implement behavior support protocols in clinical settings.
Perform ongoing data collection and analysis to assess and adjust strategies.
Track client progress towards treatment plan goals set by the BCBA.
Collaborate closely with the BCBA to ensure proper treatment plan implementation.
Support the BCBA with assessments and contribute to parent training goals.
Provide direct support and coaching to individuals with behavioral needs.
Maintain communication with parents, supervisors and other relevant staff members to the case.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
Schedule appointments, coordinating with schedulers and families for sessions, managing cancellations, and arranging makeup sessions
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by maintaining documentation and following all regulatory requirements.
Encourage smooth communication between clinical and administrative teams.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
ABA Experience or previous childcare experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Administrative experience in clinical office settings preferred
Must have a TB test clearance and a clean criminal background check.
