We do it because it's right! Job Description: The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for all levels of architecture design and development.
Has holistic view of current architecture, well versed in API, data architecture principles, interfaces, etc.
Can understand business needs and requirements.
Responsible for defining the EA process and architecture review and advisory process.
Leads the integration of those processes with related organizational and IT governance.
Keeps current with industry strengths.
A subject matter expert responsible for the development of enterprise standards and roadmaps, conceptual and logical architecture blueprint, current and future state technology platform/infrastructure simplification, and advancement.
Specialization The Enterprise Architect – well-versed with architectural domain principles - Business, Technology, Information/Data, Application, Analytics, Machine Learning, Cloud, microservices and API design.
Collaborates across IT and business for development and standardization of guidelines and principles for Enterprise.
Works in collaboration with other architects/business to develop right solution for thru out our technical landscape without creating additional technical debts.
Helps in re-design activities for optimizations as needed.
Documents and develops technical documents and flows as required.
Defines reference architectures incorporating cloud adoption plans, cloud application, security & information design, cloud management and monitoring.
Partners with Business and IT to ensure alignment on future state capabilities and key strategic initiatives.
Experience in defining, implementing compute, network, storage, applications (like EPIC, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Denodo, Data Governance and Data Quality tools etc.
), information/data, business, service management and security architectures.
Job Responsibilities Primarily manages the demands for delivering a business needed solution.
Is responsible for defining a solution end to end for complex business needs which takes into consideration people, process and technology.
Creates documentation and captures the enterprise architecture recommendation using its standards.
Responsible for technical solution design and delivery process definition.
Partners with IT Managers, business stakeholders to understand the business requirements.
Contributes on to building EA standards for our organizational business model.
Leadership No supervisory responsibility.
Accountable for EA adherence.
Provides guidance to business, IT and other team members as needed from EA perspective.
Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
Well adept at executive level audience interpersonal communication and presentation formats.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may be a team lead of other personnel.
Required Experience and Professional Skills Demonstrated communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn modern technologies and stay current with healthcare and technology industry.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, and collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of basic provider, claims, members, and other needed processes.
Ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment with constant changing.
Strong knowledge of cloud and security frameworks, security standards for securing external and internal information.
8-10 years Health Care IT Enterprise Architecture experience required.
Strong knowledge of cloud and security frameworks, security standards for securing external and internal information.
Education BS in Computer science or MS preferred Certifications TOGAF or other Industry EA certification desired Epic certification desired ITIL certification nice to have Agile Methodology/Scrum experience desired Salary Range $115,100.
