Job Description:
Hill Physicians is looking for a Financial Analyst to be a key member in our Financial Analysis team.
This role will have heavy impact to essential, business-critical processes, and will require interactions with other team members within the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most innovative players in the health care industry.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, data mining and modeling capabilities, keen attention to detail, sound logical reasoning, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Primary responsibilities include:
Support monthly capitation cycle and enrollment reporting/analysis.
Provide support for month end reviews, forecasts, and annual operating plans.
Build financial models, derive insights from large data sets, and present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
Responsible for revenue and cost analytic activities using capitation invoices, eligibility files, claims and expense data and other relevant reports.
Develop, maintain, and track key operations metrics, in an effort to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
Produce ad-hoc analyses and assisting in various projects.
Drive increased efficiencies by automating reporting & analytics and enhancing existing processes.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
3+ years’ of experience in finance or a related analytical field preferred.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an unstructured environment.
Ability to be highly detailed and organized is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A quantitative thinker able to use numbers to validate critical concepts and extract meaningful insights.
Experience with Excel, especially in formula writing and auditing.
Experience with Access/SQL is preferred but not required.
Salary range
$71,400.
00 to $92,600.
