POSITION SUMMARY We are currently looking for an experienced BIM Project Lead to join our Virtual Design and Construction team in Northern California.
This position is responsible for facilitating an exceptional project execution and client experience.
This position supports the our Northern California Engineering & Construction Division t and reports directly to the Division BIM Leader.
What you’ll do: Deliver expert BIM support of a project during design, construction, and close-out throughout the entire project life cycle (dedicated to one large project or many smaller projects, based on workload).
Act as the main point of contact for BIM technology and any related issues between the Construction Team, subcontractors, the owner, the Design Team, and others as required.
Manage development of the BIM model and modeling guidelines.
Direct workflow of BIM support roles.
Interface with IT staff to ensure the BIM Team has the necessary hardware and BIM Software.
What you’ll need to be successful: Expert knowledge of BIM Processes and technologies, especially Revit (required) AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep, Navisworks Manage, and computer programming (Revit and AutoCAD API) is a plus A technical aptitude—understanding and being comfortable with how any other technologies work and the ability to troubleshoot Experience with HVAC, piping, plumbing and/or electrical BIM.
We’re Design Build Mechanical—it’s what we do! Minimum of an Associates degree and 4+ years of experience in a related construction, engineering, or technical discipline or equivalent YOU Matter Salary: $90,000.
00 -$120,000.
