Year Round Swim Instructor (lafayette / orinda / moraga)

THE POSITION: We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our experienced team of swim instructors to start immediately.
HOURS: 1:00 - 6:00 Monday through Thursday Pay: $30.
00 - $40.
00 an hour depending on experience and reliability THE SCHOOL: We are a year-round private swim school.
We teach only private lessons to students between 3 to 8 years of age from non-swimming to competitive stroke coaching.
We maintain an outstanding reputation with an exceptional teaching staff.
Our teaching staff is well versed in the knowledge of swimming and child development.
All instructors are trained to teach our method which is fun, positive, and engaging while at the same time a structured learning experience.
We strive for all of our students to acquire a love of swimming and water safety while being organized and to develop proficient techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: All candidates must have- 1.
Swimming background, knowledge of all 4 strokes 2.
1+ years of teaching swim lessons required 3.
Excellent communication skills with both students and parents 4.
MUST be professional, organized, patient, and reliable.
Flakes and egos will not be tolerated.

MUST commit to the full Mon - Thurs 1-6 schedule (20 hours)
