2008 Ninja 250r (Concord)

2008 ninja 250 project, needs a lot of work.
first picture is from a few months ago.
Bike fairing panels have been taken off but I still have all of them.
Needs a battery and does but does not turn over.
Last time I attempted to the electrical turned on but not the motor.
Can fit in the back of a pickup truck.
Throw me an offer, don’t really want much for it.
