HOBIE Monocat 12 - $7 (hayward / castro valley)

We have a Hobie Monocat for sale.
It has all the parts needed to sail.
I am selling the land that it is on so it is priced at $7 to move fast.
It also has a trailer that I might keep or sell for $200 with the boat.
Some people transport them in the back of a pickup truck.
I have had 2 of them and raced the other boat.
We have a bill of sale if you wanted to register it.
The one with the yellow deck was a friends boat that I used to race against.
