I have owned it for many years, sitting covered at Big Break Marina for about 2 years.
Grand kids don't want a "Papa" boat.
It has not been started for 2 years.
Suggest you watchYouTube video's how to start an outboard sitting for years, how to clean an outboard gas tank and how to clean a carburetor.
It should start if you follow the steps.
1 - You will need spark plug $15 2 - Sea foam engine cleaner $15 3 - Sea foam gas additive $15 4 - W.

40 carburetor cleaner $15 5 - 1 gallon lacquer cleaner or chem dip $25 6 - Rust remover for gas tanks $30 7 - 2 Pulley's for steering cable $25 8 - Ignition switch wires might need to be tightened or cleaned $500.
