50-year-old fiberglass sailboat (dublin / pleasanton / livermore)

This sailboat needs a make-over.
The hull is good; all the metal trim and woodwork needs to be replaced or replated.
The trailer goes with it.
The mast and sail have been stored indoors and are in good shape.
It's in the mountains an hour south of Livermore.
The pink slip says "Mcregor" but I think should have said "MacGregor".
