*Job Title:* Maintenance Sales Representative
*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Develop and or complete written scopes of work related to maintenance or service work being quoted
* Complete site visits to gather information required to better serve our customers
* Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quoted
* Interact with Departments within Mesa as needed to complete assigned tasks.
* Amend, adjust, change scopes, bid temps, presentation documents, etc.
as required or requested
* Prepare booking packages
* Present new technology and enhanced PM services when presented with an opportunity
* Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures and results to company leadership
* Maintain constant communication with Branch, Service, or Salesperson being supported
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a Sales Professional, including attendance at product and sales training events, participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/Mesa, etc.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline
* 2+ years' of experience in customer service or sales
* Experience in the HVAC is preferred
* Strong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitude.
* Computer skills using MS Office 365, strong Word and Excel skills are required
* Competitive nature and independent decision making is required
* Reliable, self-driven, organized, articulate, and goal oriented.
