POSITION As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be vital in enhancing our online presence and supporting our external marketing efforts.
You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager, CEO, and external marketing firm to strengthen our marketing outreach.
Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including: converting leads from our marketing lists; developing communication, presentations, and events to maximize client retention; and driving internal marketing efforts to reinforce our strong company culture.
You’ll be continually failing fast, using your test results to craft data-driven strategy updates and test new ideas.
This highly cross-functional role will be instrumental in creating a test-and-learn culture across the entire marketing team.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Conversion: Implement strategies to transform leads into active clients by creating and managing HubSpot email campaigns and other content-driven approaches.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
External Marketing Firm Collaboration: Work closely with our external marketing firm to implement their SEO recommendations and strategies to increase organic traffic and drive inbound leads.
LinkedIn: Develop and execute a weekly LinkedIn content strategy that fosters industry connections, demonstrates our expertise, and promotes engagement.
Newsletter Expertise: Craft monthly newsletters to engage and inform both our existing customers and prospects.
These newsletters are designed to deliver value, including industry insights and captivating narratives.
Two newsletters are sent each month with different purposes.
The client-facing newsletter features Parachute announcements and CTAs for the farming sales team.
The prospect-facing newsletter is a conversion catalyst for our hunting sales team, enticing prospective clients with compelling insights and offerings.
Website Chat Support: Act as the first point of contact for prospects engaging with our website chat feature, promptly responding to inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a seamless initial interaction to nurture potential leads effectively.
Landing Pages: Leverage HubSpot to craft and optimize landing pages that captivate and convert new visitors into leads and serve as valuable tools for our existing customers.
These pages collect essential information from new and existing clients, facilitating their seamless journey within our ecosystem.
Content Creation: Collaborate with external marketing partners and internal cross-functional teams to contribute to various content types, including blog posts, YouTube videos, and a range of digital assets, such as presentations and one-pagers.
Physical Marketing Assets: Shape our physical marketing assets, including designing professional folders for in-person meetings, creating swag items, and crafting business cards.
These tangible elements enhance our brand presence and convey our message effectively during personal interactions.
Website Oversight: Working closely with our marketing partners, oversee the management and optimization of our website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflective of our brand's identity.
Online Brand Management: Take the lead in managing our extensive online footprint across many platforms.
Your role extends beyond messaging alignment; you will be the guardian of our brand's online consistency wherever Parachute appears on the internet.
Maximize MDF and Co-Op Funding: Work with technology partners to optimize Market Development Funds (MDF) and Co-Op funding, effectively supporting our marketing initiatives and events.
Event Strategy: Shape our event strategy, producing high-value events catering to prospects and clients, enhancing engagement and brand visibility.
Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, keeping Parachute at the forefront of the MSP landscape.
Analytics and Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization, increase conversion rates, and drive data-informed decision-making across marketing initiatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Alternatively, candidates with additional years of relevant experience in the industry will also be considered.
