*Who We Are Looking For:*
We are currently seeking a Happy, Outgoing, Positive and Focused, Full Time Sales associate that can convey the benefits of preneed cemetery arrangements which would include sales and marketing of cemetery property, markers/monuments as well as other products and services that are associated with preneed arrangements.
Our Ideal candidate will have prior Sales experience or be able to demonstrate success in a sales field of a similar manner.
He or she should be willing and able to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist families with their needs.
*General Responsibilities:*
* Meets with client families at the time of need or on a pre-need basis to ensure that they are presented with all options pertaining to interment, cemetery property and related merchandise and services.
* Establish a professional relationship with the families to ensure that all needs are being met
* Provide tours and guide visiting families to the cemetery lot locations.
* Attend cemetery service and visitation for client families whenever possible to build relationship, ensure excellent service and develop referrals.
A typical day might entailbusiness development [prospecting, marketing, setting appointments] and meeting with families to discuss options that best meet their wishes.
The candidate must be self motivated, possess exceptional communication skills, strong selling abilities and good organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.
