As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our used car department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car department, including inventory management, pricing, and vehicle appraisals.

- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales, and customer interactions using our dealership's systems.
- Uphold dealership policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor customer trends to ensure desirably used vehicle inventory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using dealership management systems and other relevant software.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay Scale: $85,000 to 200,000 per year.
