Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Client Services Manager for Assisting Hands Home Care Fremont located in Fremont, California.
The Client Services Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and community partners in the healthcare industry.
They will also perform client intakes, assessments, and regularly scheduled visits/wellness check-in calls.
This individual is expected to act as an extension of our company’s customer service department to ensure that the client's needs are met as per our company's standards.
The Client Services Manager will possess excellent communication skills, organization, and superior customer service.
They will perform community outreach activities to strengthen Assisting Hands’ relationships with healthcare organizations, connected networks, and social service centers.
At the same time, they'll help in the development of marketing materials and strategic plans for outreach.
The Client Services Manager role ensures that our clients and their families are satisfied and have a good overall experience with our services and act as the primary point of contact for all clients.
The Client Services Manager will also be proficient and have prior experience in hiring, scheduling and be able to supervise or provide coverage as needed.
Annual Pay: $49,000-110,000 per year with bonus incentives
Location: In-person role at 39675 Cedar Blvd, Suite 180, Newark, CA 94560 (not a work from home position).

Responsibilities
Generating regular streams of new business by building relationships with facilities/communities and representing the organization at networking events.
Conducting client intakes, assessments, and regularly scheduled visits/wellness check-in calls.
Developing and maintaining the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources.
Serving as a mentor to caregivers and supporting their care delivery.
Providing after-hours support for our clients, referral partners and prospective clients – this support may include email, telephone, scheduling and/or home visits.
Help out with hiring, scheduling tasks as needed.

Your passion for elder care and helping clients in need of home care
Prior client management, sales and or marketing experience, preferably in the home care industry

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred;
Previous experience in Home Care or Home Health preferred;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, hospitality, customer service or sales experience;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, families, and healthcare professionals;
An understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance;
Ability to document conversations, organize reports, and conduct presentations;
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
Proficient in computer software programs - Google suite, Scheduling Software, CRM, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Up-to-date car insurance, vehicle registration, and valid Driver's License;
Successful clearance of CDSS background checks with relevant work-related references.
