Sales and Business Development Specialist

ACTON is seeking an Sales and Business Development Manager to join an experienced internal and external multi-disciplinary team that offers standard and customized, next generation mobility and green energy systems.
This is a dynamic position that requires good organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, growing environment.

*Responsibilities* * Foster strong, on-going relationships with customers and suppliers * Create, plan and deliver presentations on company solutions * Proactive pre-sale support * Post-sale support of client base including processing and booking of offers * Directing of research inquiries and other activities that clients request * Excellent and comfortable with outreach and close deals * Review market analyses to determine customer needs and requirements * Represent our organization at trade meetings and/or events * Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested * Track sales activity in company CRM and keep current * Maintain a well-developed pipeline and prospect new sales leads * Coordinate with other team members/departments to optimize the sales effort *Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree in related field * Minimum 1-2 years sales experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Adept to change in a fast-paced environment * Analytical with sharp decision making skills * Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, high energy and positive attitude *Bonus Points:* * Thrive in startup culture * A sense of humor *ACTON offers:* * Young and inspiring working environment * Amazing professional growth potentials * Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
