POSITION SUMMARY: Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for developing relationships with customers and growing accounts in their assigned territory through the promotion and selling of the company’s products and services to customers within the assigned territory.
Customers will exist in government, commercial, industrial & educational enterprises in need of traffic control, traffic safety, traffic direction and related equipment and services
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide assistance for walk in customers with the purchasing of RoadSafe products and services.
Communicate to customers regarding orders and pick up or deliver of contracted products using phone texts and email.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss sales and credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
Coordinate all product and service request needs with operations and warehouse teams to create a seamless customer experience from order placement to pick-up and delivery.
Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue.
Ensure follow-up with customers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on
Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, billing invoices, and other documentation
Have a comprehensive knowledge or all products and equipment sales in the areas Traffic Control and Pavement Marking.
