Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with walk-in and phone customers, representing our company professionally.
Sales and Order Processing: Quickly and efficiently process, pull, and distribute customer products.
Handle sales orders and invoice generation with accuracy, ensuring secure payment or credit authorization in accordance with company policy.
Product Education and Demos: Educate customers on product terminology, features, and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
Provide product demos to qualified customers upon request.
Follow-Up and Complaint Resolution: Make follow-up calls to potential and existing customers to solicit additional business.
Handle questions and complaints timely and professionally.
Inventory and Display Maintenance: Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
Maintain professional product displays, updating them monthly, and promote sales specials.
Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: 1+ years related inside sales experience.
Strong product knowledge in the swimming pool, landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor living industries preferred.
Skills: Strong counter presence, excellent customer-service attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office programs.
Physical Requirements: Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
