New agents and those interested in the field are encouraged to apply Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 yearly Responsibilities: Practice scripts for lead conversion.
Handle in-call inquiries about homes for sale and schedule showings.
Receive buyer and seller appointments from the Inside sales department.
Make outbound calls to a large database of leads for nurturing and booking consultations.
Attend buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and convert them to a signed client.
Host Weekend Open Houses to obtain buyer and seller prospects.
Negotiate transactions and monitor the escrow process to ensure a successful close.
Keep up with the local real estate market knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community.
Attend weekly meetings and training.
Attend local and national conferences to expand your real estate skills, knowledge, and network.
Qualifications: Full-time position only (no part-time).
Must have a Valid California Real-estate license.
Must have a Valid U.
S.
driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.
Willing to learn and desires growth personally and professionally.
Knows basic computer skills.
