*PAY: starting base salary of $90,000, bonus potential for exceeding targets*

*Essential Functions:*
* Responsible for coordinating and generating new business in hospice services in both existing and new accounts
* Identify new areas to market and maintaining existing sources as well as coordinating care for referred patients
* Serves as a liaison between the agency, hospitals, medical community, and other referral sources.
* Educate the community and medical professionals as well as referral sources regarding hospice services.
* Attends and participates in organized functions which relate to community and public awareness
*Required Qualifications and Experience:*
* Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, negotiation skills and public relations skills.
* Must be knowledgeable about the Hospice benefit and how to explain it to referral sources, patients and families.
* Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
* Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
* Must have at least 2 years marketing experience required in Hospice
