We are looking for interested candidates to fill the position of Commercial Sales Representative at our Bay Branch Office in Livermore, CA.
The primary responsibility of this position is to sell fire suppression systems including fire suppression designs, new installations, modifications, and upgrades.
The target market will be those companies in the commercial, industrial, multifamily-apartments, and food service.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Establish contact with prospective clients by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and outlined marketing strategies.
* Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicating effectively with clients.
* Develop and maintain and active proposal backlog to support established sales plan.
* Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
* Provide other support whether apparent, required, or needed.
*Candidate Requirements:*
* Three years plus experience in the fire protection sales industry is required.
* Working knowledge of life safety and NFPA Codes.
* Strong prospecting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 in Construction.
* Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.
00 - $85,000.
