What you will be doing
Albertsons Media Collective, the Retail Media division of Albertsons has an opening for a Sr.
Technical Product Manager.
The product team at Albertsons Media Collective plays a crucial role in developing innovative ad products and premium data-driven solutions that empower advertisers to reach millions of shoppers with highly targeted ads while enhancing the shopping experience.
In this position, you will collaborate with diverse business and technical teams, to translate retail media goals into actionable outcomes that grow our on-platform and off-platform ad products and solutions.
The position will be based in Pleasanton, California or Plano, Texas.
Main responsibilities
Analyze industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in AdTech/MarTech and retail media.
Develop and manage product roadmaps that align to strategic goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsible for monetization solutions for on-platform and off-platform digital channels: Owned, Search, Social, Programmatic and In-store.
Partner with media sales team, operations team, and cross-functional engineering teams to create compelling solutions that enhance shopper journey while delivering advertiser value.
Gather and build insights from various inputs, including quantitative data, qualitative data, user testing programs, market research, etc.
Use data to develop hypothesis and business cases.
Be accountable for digital products performance against goals and KPIs.
Identify and escalate product delivery roadblocks, dependencies or risks, ensuring the value of product features and negotiating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver the most value within timelines and budgets.
Lead individual Product Teams to communicate overall vision, digital product roadmap and goals.
The salary range is $133,600 to $187,060 annually.
Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

What we are searching for
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8 + years of experience in product management and end to end product delivery, preferably leading ad-supported media experiences.
Experience in Retail E-Commerce
Minimum 2 years people management experience
Strong understanding of digital advertising and consumer privacy best practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use storytelling to influence decisions without formal authority.
A results-driven mindset and a passion for building products that delight customers.
Knowledge of customer data platforms, identity resolution, digital marketing/advertising platforms.
Experience driving complete product lifecycle from idea to cash.
Experience using Objective & Key Results (OKR) framework to monitor product performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, cost savings, margin, market share, customer feedback and other indicators identified.
Analytical and wired to consume large amounts of data and insights.
