#CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Cross functional leader of project teams developing and commercializing innovation.
Ensures the team is following standard processes and manages communication with leadership.
Challenges and influences the team and stakeholders to drive value for the organization.
In this role, you will: Leads cross-functional teams (i.
e.
, marketing, sales, engineering, R&D, marketing research, supply chain, and others as needed) to commercialize innovation.
Acts as primary liaison between general management leadership teams and project teams.
Leads projects from initiation (charter) through SOS.
Champion of the FLIGHT Stage gate process and driving the project path to the highest value for the business.
Organizes the cross-functional activities to ensure completion of the project/product on schedule on budget and within charter constraints.
Ensures the development of risks & contingency plans.
Implements contingencies as needed.
Challenges team assumptions for clarity and congruency.
Pushes leadership teams to make key decisions timely.
Is considered a key business partner and leader by Category stakeholders.
What we look for: Required Minimum 2 years leading projects and/or teams Strong business and project leadership skills, assertive and diplomatic, self directing, able to manage up and down the organization without authority, willing to hold others accountable.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Desired A Broad Functional knowledge (Legal, Regulatory, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance and Accounting, and Marketing).
Broad industry experience with a preference for Consumer Packaged Goods Knowledgeable in stage gate process and Project management practices (a certified, professional project manager is desired) Workplace type: We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location.
The applicable salary range for every role in the U.
S.
is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100 –Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300 –Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
