What you will be doing
We’re looking for a Senior Media Analyst - Activation, Retail Media Network.
The position will be based in Pleasanton CA, or one of our main regional offices (Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ).
Main responsibilities
Planning and executing campaigns delivering against both Brand and Direct Response objectives.
Deploy campaigns across multiple environments/devices via different media buy types.
Support media activation teams with campaign setup, in-flight management, optimizations, and QA
Develop best practices/streamlined process by providing Activation perspective while working cross functionally (lead)
Keep Up-to-date knowledge on the current state of programmatic/ad/mar-tech with a POV on future developments (lead)
Guide junior team members.
The salary range is $62,700 to $81,540 annually.
Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

What we are searching for
Typically works under general supervision.
Communicates with team members and cross functional teams.
Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
Applies discretion within established operational boundaries and procedures.
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Experience within Retail Media Network or ecom/retail, preferably grocery, e-commerce or CPG categories.
Retail Media Network experience is desired but willing to train on operating model.
2 -4years of experience in digital media buying and execution in ad technology including Ad Serving, Media Platforms (DV360, TradeDesk, Social Platforms, CTV), Retail Median Networks, LiveRamp and/or relevant digital media tools.
Proven expertise to influence people, process and technology in a manner that enriches the customer experience and overall team performance.
Strong knowledge of the programmatic/ad-tech ecosystem (publishers, data, platform, etc.
) & Proven In-platform expertise (Meta, Pinterest, DSPs (Google, The TradeDesk))
High attention to detail, and good organizational skills, with an understanding of optimization levers & testing approaches across platforms
