Position Overview: As the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and supporting our sales team in their outdoor sales efforts.
You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials tailored for outdoor sales, managing our social media accounts, and promoting Road Runner across various platforms.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing support and assist the data team as needed with data-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Material Creation:
Develop engaging and effective marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional items, to support outdoor sales activities.
Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the brand guidelines and effectively communicate the value proposition of Road Runner products/services.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain all social media accounts (e.
g.
, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to promote Road Runner and drive traffic to our website.
Generate sales leads through social media.
Sales Team Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary marketing collateral and support for their outdoor sales efforts.
Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials required for client meetings and presentations.
Data Support:
Learn and understand data-related processes and tools used by the data team.
Provide support to the data team as needed, including data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Strong creative and design skills, with proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different platforms and audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
